Training Provider Certification

The Eligible Training Provider System (ETPS) is a group of organizations approved to provide various educational and training services to eligible Workforce Investment Act customers.  WIA participants who are eligible for classroom training select training from the Provider System.  Organizations wanting to become part of the provider system must submit an application for each program or service they want to offer.  Information about the provider system and the specific program or service is collected through the application process.  More information is available from Training Provider Resources.
Basic Education

Adult education and literacy activities in conjunction with other training take place at the literacy councils and local community colleges where Adult Basic Education is taught.  Workforce Solutions East Texas Center personnel are familiar with the social service agencies which provide needed services to clients and these agencies are utilized frequently.  More information is available from this TWC Training Providers and Programs link: Training and Education
