WorkInTexas.com gives employers access to the largest database of job seekers in Texas, currently including over 1,400,000 applicants. If you like you can set up your own account, enter and code a job listing to search by specific criteria, and get a list of candidates ranked and scored by how well each meets your criteria. WorkInTexas.com displays your job listings and can be cross-posted to America's Job Bank too.

The applicant database includes everything from manual laborers to skilled professionals. The system is formatted to allow you to quickly view a list of skills and qualifications for each job candidate and then, if you are interested in that person, it allows you to view information online at http://www.WorkInTexas.com or contact your local East Texas Workforce Center
