The Non-Custodial Parent (NCP) program assists non-custodial parents experiencing unemployment and/or underemployment and who are unfortunately behind on their child support payments.

The NCP Choices program targets public assistance cases and low-income nonpublic assistance (NPA) cases with child support arrears, as well as cases beginning to establish child support. The NCP The program works with the non-custodial parent to overcome barriers to employment and assist with the non-custodial parent’s career advancement. In the end, the goal of the program is for non-custodial parents be self-sufficient and support their children by making consistent child support payments.
